Primary partner of the firm is Mrs. Trrupti Sachindev Satose. She is a Mumbai University post-graduate in Commerce with Specialisation in Accounts. She is a certified RERA agent.  She is also an AMFI licence holder Mutual Fund Advisor. While buying own home, she realised that most of the Real Estate Agents are unprofessional, lack knowledge and transparency. As a sector, it is not organized and well-coordinated. This is where she sensed an opportunity to ease out the process for prospective home buyers and sellers.

Similarly, experience in Investments was also not that great. Many advisors wish to just SELL than Service. They try to sell the product which will yield good amount of commission for them without focusing on client’s needs and goals. They were not methodical and research based. Hence, Mrs. Trrupti Satose thought of serving the clients with their interest and life goals as priority. She has become a perfect amalgamation of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
